   The Shanghai Industrial and Investment Company was registered in Hong Kong in July 1981 and is a comprehensive enterprise, wholly owned by the city of Shanghai. They are in North America, Japan, Europe, CIS, Oceania, South Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East.
